By requesting an appointment with our clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before proceeding with your booking.
When you request an appointment time, you are submitting a booking request that is subject to confirmation by our team. Your requested time slot is not guaranteed until a member of our staff contacts you to confirm the appointment. We will call you within 24 hours of your request to confirm your preferred time.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your requested appointment time. This deposit is held as a commitment to your appointment and helps us manage our limited availability effectively.
Deposit Amount:
Payment Method: The deposit will be charged at the time of your appointment request.
The deposit paid is non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes cancellations, no-shows, or changes to your appointment. The deposit is a commitment fee and is retained by the clinic regardless of whether your appointment proceeds.
If you need to reschedule your confirmed appointment, you may do so free of charge, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice cannot be accommodated, and your deposit will be forfeited.
To reschedule, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.
If you wish to cancel your appointment, your non-refundable deposit will not be returned. However, if you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, we will be able to transfer your deposit to a future appointment date.
If you fail to attend your confirmed appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and you may be required to pay the full appointment fee in addition to the lost deposit.
Our team will contact you to confirm your requested appointment time. It is your responsibility to ensure we can reach you on the contact details provided. If we are unable to reach you within 4 calls and 30 days, your appointment request would have expired, and your deposit will no longer be valid.
The deposit is separate from the full appointment fee. Any remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment, unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you prior to your appointment.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
